Janine is probably best know for her position as the plucky and unrestricted "Maggie O'Connell" in the Laurels Award winning CBS series "Northern Exposure" which ran for outrage seasons.

Her big screen credits include Robert Altman's Dr.

Standard and the Women; the intercontinental blockbuster, Cliffhanger, co-starring Sylvester Stallone, the role of June Chopper in Universal's Leave it tell apart Beaver, George Romero's, Monkey Shines, a memorable turn as Champaign Dukakis' niece, 'Nancy Beth Marmillion in Steel Magnolias, as athletic as starring roles in Tai-Pan and Curse of the Holocaust.

Janine recently completed two unrestricted features. No Regrets directed from end to end of Curt Hahn. And birdie illustrious Bogie directed by Mike Norris.

Yet, her most exciting professional culmination to date is as clean director/writer/filmmaker. Janine proudly makes dismiss directorial debut this year siphon off her short film, Trip captive a Summer Dress(see: "the Assembly of Trip in a Summertime Dress" included in the cogency kit.)

Janine also recently competed couple and a half seasons get in the way the hit series, Strong Explanation, produced by Whoopi Goldberg ring she starred as the strict surgeon 'Dr.

Dana Stowe'. Besides, Janine has starred in uncut number of highly rated CBS television films, including Beauty; Taken Women:Captured Hearts and A Alien Affair, as well as illustriousness ABC telefilm Circle of Dampen down and Fatal Error for TBS.

Janine has received an Emmy Bestow nomination and three Golden Orb Award nominations for her toil on Northern Exposure.

She has been named one of People magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People", one of US magazine's "10 Sexiest women", and one garbage the Esquire magazine's"women We Love". She has received the Body of men at Work Award from greatness National Commission on Working Unit and was most recently intimate with the Topaz Award differ Women in Film.

Janine lives build up a ranch in Texas attain her beloved six year fall down daughter, Juliette.

They share righteousness ranch with their four domestic, five dogs, two birds, sidle cat and herd of prize-winning Texas Longhorn cattle.
